Data sources

Pro listings are compiled from publicly available sources, including public map services and the official state contractor licensing registry for Florida. Where multiple sources disagree, the official registry takes priority.

The official register for Florida is Florida DBPR.

Verification

Before publication, every listing passes automated checks: address and postcode validation, coordinate sanity checks against the city area, phone number formatting and duplicate detection. Listings that fail validation are withheld until reviewed.

Updates

The directory is rebuilt regularly, and our goal is to re-verify core details (opening hours, phone numbers, status) for every listing on a recurring schedule. Each pro's page reflects the most recent verified data we hold.

Use of AI assistance

Some descriptive texts on this site are prepared with the help of AI tools and are based on the factual data described above. Factual fields - addresses, opening hours, phone numbers, services - always come from the data sources, not from AI generation.

Corrections

If you believe a listing is wrong, contact us with the details. Verified corrections are published with the next site update. Business owners can request changes to their own listing at any time.

Advertising and partner links

Factual information in listings cannot be bought or altered for payment. If a page contains partner links (for example, to related home service marketplaces), they do not influence how pros are ranked or displayed.
